Due to the personalized care and meticulous attention we provide to each family, as well as our commitment to creating breathtaking works of art, we accept a limited number of appointments each month. For your session, we reserve our studio exclusively for two hours, fully dedicated to your family, ensuring an extraordinary and memorable experience.

Our team is scheduled specifically for your session. To maintain this level of dedication, our session fees are in place to secure appointments with serious and committed clients.

Our magical Fairy Portrait Sessions are designed to focus on one child, allowing them to fully enjoy their own unique story and portrait experience. However, you have the option to include up to two siblings in the same session for an additional fee of $60 per sibling.Including siblings will add a few special poses: a couple of portraits featuring the children together and a couple of individual portraits of the added sibling(s). This ensures everyone has their moment to shine while preserving the magic of the session.

We dedicate specific time for each portrait session and schedule clients consecutively throughout the day. We make every effort to start your session on time, and if you're late, that time will be deducted from your session to ensure the next client’s appointment runs smoothly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will assist you in rescheduling, and a $200 rescheduling fee will apply.

Sessions cancelled more than 7 days prior to your originally scheduled session, can be rescheduled at no cost.

If you reschedule with less than seven days’ notice, there will be a $200 rescheduling fee for a new session date.

We are a custom studio, our entire staff reserves time specifically for you, so session fees are non-refundable.

A re-scheduling fee only applies when the client is 15 or more minutes late to their session, a session is canceled or postponed less than 7 days in advance, or if a No-Show wants to rebook a session. (See Late Policy in FAQ)

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

With more than 7 days’ notice: Your reservation fee will be applied to your rescheduled appointment and refunded on the day of the portrait presentation or applied towards your print purchase.

With less than 7 days’ notice: The reservation fee is forfeited.

Cancellations: Reservation fees are non-refundable for permanently canceled appointments.

No-shows: The reservation fee is forfeited, and a new fee will be required to reschedule.This policy ensures our ability to provide an exceptional experience for every family we work with. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control, there will be no rescheduling fee, and your session fee will transfer to the new date.

Our entire staff devotes two hours to serving you and your child. No refunds will be given for canceled or no-show sessions. To reschedule a no-show, you must pay a $200 non-refundable rescheduling fee.

NO ONLINE VIEWING. Be sure to bring everyone who will be involved in both the artistic and financial decisions. The artwork you choose at this session has the potential to last a lifetime, becoming a cherished piece for you and your child. Following your child's session is the only time you will have the opportunity to see or order your portraits.We are a fine art studio, specializing in creating stunning wall art portraits. All products are sold separately, and no portrait is included in your session fee.

After the portrait session, you will view the images. They will be showcased in a beautiful slideshow set to music. You’ll receive guidance through the selection process, with the chance to view your images in actual sizes and choose your framing options. We’ll present all available products and assist you in deciding how best to display your favorite portraits.

Please plan for this part of your appointment to last 40-60 minutes (a part of the overall 2 hour experience). Childcare is provided, as children will not be in the theater room during the image selection process.

SCHEDULING AN ADDITIONAL ORDER APPOINTMENT: There is an $60 fee to schedule a second 60 minute order appointment. The session, along with the viewing and ordering time, is carefully designed to minimize disruptions to your busy schedule while ensuring all key decision-makers can be involved in both the artistic and financial choices.

Fairytale sessions last up to 2 hours, including the time allotted for you to make your final decisions on artwork. We will pause briefly following your session to prepare your portrait proofs for viewing. This is your only opportunity to choose and purchase your child's portraits. Please block your schedule and that of any decision-makers for two hours on the day of your session. This will save you time.

Family is the most important thing to us-your family and ours, therefore, weekday appointments end at 5pm so that our team can spend time with their families! Ocassionally we are able to open up an appointment that ends at 6pm. Children are happiest before this time as well.

Most of our clients choose to take their children out of school for this very special experience. What child wouldn’t be excited to tell their friends they’re off to be part of a Fairytale adventure? As the years pass, you'll treasure the memory of this magical day every time you look at your portrait!
